By using SimpleFill, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service, including those set forth in our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page.

If you install SimpleFill from a browser extension store (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, etc.), the respective store's terms of service apply, in addition to the terms listed on this page. If you install SimpleFill for Safari via the Mac App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies.

SimpleFill's license depends on where you buy it. If you purchase SimpleFill on the Mac App Store (Safari version), you may install it on all your compatible Apple devices using the same Apple ID—as long as only one person is using it at any given time. If SimpleFill is purchased directly from our website, each license key may be used on up to 3 browsers. You may install the extension on all of your compatible browsers and devices—as long as only one person is using each license at any given time.

All your data in SimpleFill is stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server or third-party company. Extension settings may sync between devices if you have browser sync enabled. We are not responsible for any data loss due to browser updates, device failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we strive to deliver a polished and reliable experience, it is nearly impossible to build software that is entirely bug-free. We cannot guarantee malfunction-free operation, including the possibility of data loss or system interruption. We encourage you to back up your data regularly.

If you purchased a SimpleFill license, refund eligibility depends on the store or platform through which the purchase was made. For purchases made through Polar.sh, please contact us to discuss a refund. We kindly ask you to reach out before requesting a refund—your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve the extension.

We read every message that reaches us. As a small team, we may not be able to respond to every single one immediately. We aim to answer all support inquiries within 10 business days. Sometimes we may get behind, and we appreciate your patience.

You should not reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of SimpleFill. You should not redistribute, rent, or lease the software or your license to others. Should a legal dispute arise between you and our company, it will be governed by the applicable laws.

All program code, assets, brands, artwork, interfaces, icons, effects, copy, and website content are the copyrighted property of Softal, Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
